Hi, I am John

I first moved to Las Vegas from San Diego back in 1992. I broke in at the El Cortez downtown dealing Black Jack. While I was there I was still going to Dealer School learning craps. Breaking in at the El Cortez on a 25 cent table reminded me a little bit of boot camp (I was in the Coast Guard). The only thing I remembered was constantly getting yelled at by either my floor supervisor or the players. There was hardly a moments peace. It was an overall excellent learning experience. I moved from there to the Union Plaza, Gold Coast (a real test for mental toughness), the Golden Nugget (an excellent place to work) and in 1998 I opened up a main strip casino where I still am today. Over the years I have seen many styles of play from all kinds of players around the world. What Kelly and I are going to show you is the best money management systems we have seen. You will be able to learn them all and then decide which system is right for you. One last note, the most important thing is to have fun.
